If you aren't a West Coast Mercantile fanatic after using our products, we don't want you to regret your decision, whatever your reason.  Just like family, you may not like everything we do, but we're in this with you for life, so we'll make it right.  So long as you return the product within 30 days.  Healthy families have clear boundaries, right?

Speaking of boundaries, here's some clarity:

 

• Just so we are on the same page, the date the shipment was delivered is determined by the date of delivery marked on the carrier's tracking number.

• Refunds on returns are credited back to the original form of payment, but we don't refund additional shipping charges from original purchase.  

• Any discounts taken at time of original purchase will be applied proportionally to refund credits.  

• There are some creative tricksters out in the world, International purchases and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
